Rodda Family Shoot

What a beautiful energetic family - the Rodda Family... love the expressions that the kids were making, love the area. love the smiles. I've shot this wonderful family a couple years ago and was booked to shoot some more lasting memories for them - they rocked it again.

I love autumn in Colorado with the leaves turning, the sounds, the wind --- it's all such a blessing. Winter of course is here... and there are so many wonders going on now. Snowboarding, Skiiing, Sledding, Snowball fights (challenge?), hot chocolate, snuggling with my honey (happens in other seasons too), donuts in a parking lot on deep snow days, etc...

Now with 2011 here... I'm so excited to see what's in store and what beautiful images I will be blessed to capture for my clients this year.

Alonge Family Portraits of Awesomeness - Tasting the Change

Taste the Change was the saying of the day... I gotta say it was funny. I love that saying... (sorry inside joke!)

I got see my wonderful couple/friends... Pete and Lindsay again ... which is always a great thing. I think this is the 4th time I've photographed Pete and Lindsay lovely couple. I love the whole family they are all so great and friendly and fun... and love to laugh (which is always important when your all up in peoples grills with a big camera).

So we shot at Monument Valley Park here in Colorado Springs on a nice cool day... had a big group with them this time... 17 in total. But I rocked it with them being my rock stars... here's some of my favorites! Enjoy...

The Engagement of Lindsay and Frank

Lindsay and Frank - what a sweetheart of a couple. We met up at local park and had a dandy of time together laughing, joking, and taking some sweet pictures. They're biking enthusiasts - so that morning they had completed 8+ miles on a trail up in Cheyenne Mountain, so they were a little sore, haha... oops shouldn't have had them sitting and then standing up so many times.

Lindsay marries Frank sometime next year... and sparks will fly and new trails will be paved together for their next chapter in life. Congrats you two. Be blessed.
