Weekend in Review

This weekend was full of a lot of nothing much...

Friday night we watched Terminator 3 on High Definition. I've seen this movie before but watching it in the Movie Theater room just made the movie so much better.

Early Saturday morning was filled with watching cartoon with my daughter Kenzie, we watched Qubo on NBC - which has some of the cutest shows : Dragon, Me and My Friend Rabbit, 3-2-1 Penguin, Veggie Tales, etc...

Then I worked on my R/C car with Jimmy so that we could go out during the afternoon and play around with both of our cars. This was cut short when as the track we go to was closed for repaving... bummed for the waste of time I was...

Once back home - Tara and Kenzie and I went to a new park down the road where we played for about an hour. Then rented The Chipmunks - which was cute... but slow at some parts - it was worth the $1 rental at the Redbox.

Later that night Jimmy and I went out and played darts at this place around the corner. He schooled me by playing dumb at 1st until I mentioned we should bet on each game... then he turned it on having me lose 8 games in a row.

Woke up today and relaxed... nothing much planned.

We went Geocaching this afternoon - which went well - we were 2 out of 4. I'll go back tomorrow and try to find this one that is right around the corner... shouldn't have been that hard. Of the 2 we found... didn't take anything or leave anything... just signed the log. Oh and BTW - if you haven't heard of this sport before... it's like the worlds biggest game played world wide... it's like a treasure hunt. Way fun... check it out.

Here's some images from our weekend.

Picture of our GPS handheld for Geocaching... on a side note... took with my 40D and my 50 1.4 --- this was in near dark conditions... not bad for hand held.
